The Building Our Future project includes meeting requirements set forth by the approved economic development packages.

 

Sherwin-Williams has invested a minimum of $860 million in construction costs for the Building Our Future proiject, which includes meeting supplier requirements. In alignment with requirements from state and local governments, our plan includes opportunities for all, as well as qualified minority-owned, female-owned and small businesses.

Sherwin-Williams is committed to supporting economic growth and development through in the Building Our Future project, which includes a new global headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio and a new global R&D center in Brecksville, Ohio. Community Engagement

We have been working proactively with the cities of Cleveland and Brecksville and county and state leaders, along with community leaders and trade partners to identify and create opportunities for all qualified businesses to participate based on our project requirements.


As we Build Our Future, expanding our footprint in Northeast Ohio, we are excited to share some of the partners making our downtown Cleveland Global Headquarters and Brecksville Research & Development Center a reality.
