The 600,000 square-foot facility located in Brecksville, Ohio has brought chemists, engineers, technicians and support teams together into a state-of-the-art hub for innovation and development of the Company’s future products and services. The R&D Center, which has been named the Morikis Global Technology Center, supports product development, coatings research, color technology and process engineering.

Global R&D Center Preliminary Development Plan Presentation

On July 19, 2021 Sherwin-Williams submitted a preliminary development plan for its new Global Research & Development Center to be located in Brecksville, Ohio. Sherwin-Williams Names Initial Partners for New Global Headquarters and R&D Center Project

CLEVELAND, September 15, 2020 – The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) is pleased to announce the initial partners it has selected to build its new global headquarters in downtown Cleveland and its new R&D center in the Cleveland suburb of Brecksville.
