Sherwin-Williams Names Minority Construction Management Firms for New Global Headquarters and R&D Center Project
CLEVELAND, September 15, 2021 – The Sherwin-Williams Company is pleased to announce five firms that have been selected for the minority construction management role for the Building Our Future project, which includes the new global headquarters in downtown Cleveland and the new R&D center in Brecksville. Additional firms are expected to be added for multiple roles as the project progresses, including design and landscape architects.

Proposed Site Plans for Global Headquarters and R&D Center
CLEVELAND, February 19, 2021 – These proposed plans provide a high-level footprint of buildings, parking and green spaces for each site. Over the coming months, these plans will be refined and reviewed by the City of Cleveland and the City of Brecksville as required by their respective planning and design organizations.

CLEVELAND, February 6, 2020 – The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today announces it is finalizing plans to build a new global headquarters in downtown Cleveland and a new R&D center in the Cleveland suburb of Brecksville. The plans follow an extensive competitive site selection process and are contingent upon completion of standard due diligence, approvals of incentives and other matters at the state, county and city levels, and resolution of business and legal matters that accompany such major real estate investment projects.
