Sherwin-Williams is committed to advancing community impact in the Building Our Future project.
Our Commitment
The Building Our Future project includes meeting or exceeding robust requirements set forth by the approved economic development packages. Over the course of the project, construction costs have increased due to changes in design. Based on these changes, the supplier dollar commitment has increased from $225M to $258M based on 30% of the project construction budget of $860M. The project requirements and contracts awarded to date are shown below:

We have been working proactively with the cities of Cleveland and Brecksville and county and state leaders, along with community leaders and trade partners to identify and create opportunities for all qualified businesses to participate based on our project requirements.
