Bringing People, Place and Purpose Together

Our Global Headquarters in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, and Morikis Global Technology Center in Brecksville, Ohio, represent a new chapter in how we work, collaborate and grow together at Sherwin-Williams. Designed together as part of our Building Our Future initiative, these two campuses reflect a cohesive workplace strategy: create environments that are flexible and intentionally designed to support collaboration, focus and innovation. Every space – from labs and work areas to meeting rooms and cafés – is purpose-built to help our people do their best work and adapt as the way we work continues to evolve.

Designed for Collaboration, Innovation and Growth

Built on shared design principles focused on flexibility, scalability and long-term growth, both locations feature adaptable layouts and spaces that can evolve as our business, teams and technologies change – ensuring our workplaces remain relevant as our Company expands, innovation accelerates and new opportunities emerge.

The Morikis Global Technology Center was named in honor of John Morikis, retired Chairman and CEO who dedicated his 40-year career to Sherwin-Williams. Here, our research and development teams work side by side in a setting designed to accelerate discovery. The 600,000 square foot campus brings together flexible labs, collaborative work areas and shared amenities organized to encourage movement, interaction and knowledge sharing. By combining advanced research environments with spaces for learning and connection, the campus supports innovation while fostering a strong sense of community.

At our Global Headquarters, we’ve created a dynamic workplace in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The 36-story tower and welcoming two-story ‑pavilion offer a thoughtful mix of open collaboration areas, private workspaces and gathering places that support different work styles throughout the day. Designed to bring people together across teams and functions, the headquarters reflects our culture and creates opportunities for connection, collaboration and creativity.

Wellness by Design

At both locations, wellness was built into the everyday experience. Both campuses offer a range of thoughtfully designed amenities that support physical well‑being, balance and connection throughout the workday, including fitness and wellness spaces, work cafés and inviting indoor and outdoor areas for movement and recharging.

These features are intentionally integrated into the flow of the building, making it easier for employees to step away, reset and return focused. Designing spaces that support both productivity and wellbeing reflect our belief that a healthy workplace is essential to innovation, collaboration and long‑term success.

More Than Just a Place to Work

At both our Global Headquarters and Morikis Global Technology Center, our workplace strategy is grounded in the same principles: people-first design, flexibility and purposeful collaboration. These buildings are more than places to work – they are environments that support learning, connection and growth. Together, they reflect our commitment to our people and our belief that investing in how we work is essential to building a strong, innovative future for Sherwin-Williams.
