October 2022: At the Core

It’s Uplifting to See the Core Rise

The Building Our Future project uses climbing formwork to assist with pouring the concrete structure of the building. As the building rises out of the ground, the formwork rises with it. On October 14, 2022, the self-climber began lifting and four cells of the formwork rose at one time.

Beginning to Take Shape

The climbing formwork uses hydraulic pistons to lift the frame level by level. A team of workers was on hand to ensure the process went smoothly.

Electrical Underground

A worker diligently prepared electrical pipes to go into the ground.

Conduit for Greatness

This pile of conduit will be installed in the new Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters, providing a protected channel for utilities.
