Permission to use Photos and/or Videos

Sherwin-Williams gives you permission to use the Photos and the Videos available for download, across all platforms (including TV, websites and social media) provided that (1) the visual content in any Photos and Videos is not altered (other than shortening Videos for timing purposes), (2) the Photos and Videos are used solely for the purpose of reporting on the progress of the Sherwin-Williams Building Our Future Project and (3) you acknowledge that Sherwin-Williams is the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Photos and Videos.
